Flavor Notes

Sitting atop a ridge at 2300 MASL in the coffee growing region of Bombe is Nguisse Nare’s 10 hectare farm, Setame. There grows the coffee plant variety 74158, intercropped with taro and sweet potato. Nguisse bought Setame four years ago, with a strict focus on quality. He floats his cherries before drying them slowly on raised beds for 20 days.
